FENYCIE’S POLICY

* A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100 is required when booking an appointment to secure the spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount that’s due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in CASH / CARD / ZELLE on the appointment day.

* Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. You may reschedule at least 3 days prior to your appointment for the deposit to be transferred to a new booking date. Please book wisely!

* You must be 18 or older, no exceptions to get this procedure done even with parental consent will minors be able to get the procedure done.

* NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait.

* We kindly suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete our paper work and consent forms. Please be advised we allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, anything after may result in having to reschedule.

* 3 days notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date and time. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfeited.

* All brows previously done by ANOTHER artist will be considered as a new set of brows NOT a touch up and must be approved by me before booking if the old pigment is too saturated or you have an undesirable shape you will be sent for tattoo removal prior to booking. Please book accordingly.

* All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

* If you have previous eyebrows tattooed , please email booking@fenyciepmu.com a clear photo of your brows and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If you fail to do so, service can and will be refused and your deposit will be forfeited because not all previous tattoos from other artists can be fixed or covered.

* PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHEN COLOR CORRECTION IS INVOLVED.

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
