Fenycie PMU Academy – 100-Hour Fundamental Training
To secure a spot in our 100-hour fundamental training course, a $1,000 deposit is required at the time of registration. By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable:
The $1,000 deposit is strictly nonrefundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place because these funds are immediately allocated toward course materials, including student manuals, practice supplies, and administrative preparation.
2. Transferable:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training session, the deposit may be transferred to a future training date, provided you notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the original course start date. Only one transfer is allowed per deposit.
3. No-Show or Late Cancellation:
Failure to attend the course without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late cancellations (less than 14 days’ notice) may be ineligible for transfer.
By submitting your deposit, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
